Websites get software and security updates releases all the time to keep the safe and running at their best. We make sure your updates are install properly and play well with your website. You need these updates to keep your website from getting hacked and running at peak performance. We also perform backups and keep them offsite for better protection.
We usually have your changes done within 24 hours, but we do have a provision in the contract to allow us 3 business days, just in case we get flooded with requests. But most requests are handled within 24 hours, not including weekends and holidays.
We don’t have any long term contracts, but we do have a three month minimum to make sure we don’t do a bunch of updates for you then you quit. We’ve been burned in the past. Besides we want to make sure your website is operating at its best for the long term.
Request tasks are billed in fifteen minute increments. Unused hours are not carried over to the next month. If your requests require more time than your plan allots, we will bill you for the additional time. If we need to perform work get your website back online after a security or plugin update, all that work is included and not charged to your allotted time, nor billed to you. Only your requested changed are calculated.
Payments are handled automatically using your debit/credit card billed on the day you signed up each month.
